igubal two-hole flange bearing – the ideal alternative to UCFL bearings
Our igubal two-hole flange bearing with spherical insert bearing is an ideal alternative to traditional UCFL bearings. It has an identical hole spacing to conventional FL cast iron housings enabling easy replacement and integration into existing systems.
The spherical insert bearing with integrated solid lubricants makes a maintenance-free dry operation possible, replacing permanently external lubrication and offering ecological and economic benefits. With its high stiffness and long durability, the flange mounted bearing ensures reliable performance even under extreme conditions.
Thanks to the undercut in our housings, our bearing inserts can be easily removed and inserted from the rear of the housing by turning them 90°.
The igubal two-hole flange bearing compensates for misalignment and edge loads extending the areas of applications and their service life. Its very low weight helps to reduce the overall load on the system and is also corrosion-free, making it ideal for use in demanding environments.
In addition, the flange mounted bearing offers excellent vibration damping and is insensitive to dirt and dust increasing its reliability and durability. These properties make the igubal two hole flange bearing an excellent choice for a wide range of applications and industries in which reliable and maintenance-free shaft bearings are required.
