iglidur® i6000, 3D printing resin

iglidur i6000 is an easy-to-process, tribologically optimized 3D printing resin that was specifically developed for contact with food. Its blue and white colors, combined with the high surface finish (Ra < 1) made possible by the printing process, open up new areas of application in the food and pharmaceutical industries without surface contamination.

Since skin contact with the liquid resin must be avoided, personal protective equipment is absolutely necessary during processing. For better processing results, be sure to shake the bottle of resin well before use.

Printing Guidelines and Material Profiles

If you use 3D printers from Asiga or Genera, the material profile for processing iglidur i6000 is stored in the respective material database. When is another material more suitable?

• For the lowest coefficients of friction → iglidur i3000
• PTFE-free and for operating temperatures up to 120 °C → iglidur i2000
• For the manufacture of gears → iglidur i4000
